How to RESET your NAF account password & security question
Important note: If someone has set up your account for you and you did not activate it within 24 hours of setup, an administrator will be required to reactivate your account for you.
Skip down to the second half of this article for instructions on resetting your security question.
Step 2 - Enter your email that you used to create your NAF account. It is most likely your school email. Then click Reset via Email.
You'll receive an email with your instructions for the next step, open that email (it may be in your spam folder) and click the blue Reset Password button.
Step 3 - Enter your security question answer. Then you will be prompted to set a new password.
Note: if you do not know your security question answer, that can also be reset in the NAF Dashboard (where your naftrack and ash badges are). Follow the directions below:
Step 1 - In your dashboard (https://naf.okta.com/app/UserHome) click the arrow at the top right of the screen beside your name and then click Settings.
Step 2 - Click Edit Profile on the next screen, and verify your password.
Step 3 - On the next screen you can change your password and/or your security question.
