Introducing the NAF Chatbot (and Support bubble)

In the bottom right of every page in ASH and NAFTrack, you should see a little '?' inside of a circle. Clicking this bubble opens our NAF Support bubble and gives you access to submitting a ticket, looking through support articles, and interacting with our Chatbot!

The Chatbot can currently be used by selecting prompts and following the instructions. Currently it includes ways to find different sections in ASH, how to navigate to NAFTrack, User Management, information on NAF Next and Professional Development, and more!

If while using the Chatbot you'd like to start over, you can click the 9-dot icon on the bottom left corner, beside the message box.
