Step 1 - The user will see a list of all active internships for the academy for the current graduation year. Users can sort the list by clicking on any column header or use the search feature to find a specific student. Step 2 - The user can add internships from other graduating years using the Graduation Years filter. Click the Filter Internships button to see filters reflected in the list. Step 3 - Click Include Completed Internships and/or Include Active Internships to see these internships in the list. Click the Filter Internships button to see filters reflected in the list. Note: An internship is completed when the internship assessment has been finished. Step 4 - This list can be exported to PDF or Excel by clicking the Export to PDF or Export to Excel buttons. Step 5 - Click Edit to edit any internships in the list.
Step 6 - Edit Internship details including supervisor, start and end dates, school year, paid and active statuses, hours, academy, and supervisor email preferences.
Step 7 - Click Update Internship
