How to Edit an Activity

To edit the contents of an activity, you must be the creator of the activity.

Step 1 - Open the edit activity page.

1a - From the Home Page of the WBL Participation Tracker, find the activity and select the pencil icon next to the Activity Name. If you don't see a pencil, you did not create this activity.

1b - From the view activity page, select Edit. If you don't see Edit, you did not create this activity.

Step 2 - Edit any Fields as needed. Note that two fields have limitations on what/when you can make edits.

2a - Primary Activity Type can only be changed if students have not been assigned, otherwise you will see the following message.

2b - An Academy that Participated can only be removed if no students from that academy have been added to the activity, otherwise you will see the following message.

Step 3 - Click Save at the bottom of the form.
