Work-Based Learning Updates

WBL “To Do” Items for January

Review your Fall 2024 WBL activity data to see what changes you may want to make this spring.

If you want to export the full list of your fall activities, go to the WBL Tracker home page (must be logged into ASH to view) and click the Export to Excel button at the bottom of the page.

You can also visit the Results section to view a number of different reports, including Activities Overview, Student Overview, WBL Reflection Form results, Skills Feedback results, and Individual Student Progress.

Begin entering Spring 2025 WBL activities in the WBL Tracker.

You can add activities before, on the day of, or shortly following the event.

We strongly recommend that you add activities before they occur, as this allows you to select the students you anticipate attending and then uncheck any who don’t participate in the activity.

If you plan to use the Student Self Check-in feature, you need to add the WBL activity in advance so you can share the QR code with students.

Since reflection forms are only visible to students for 30 days from the end date of the activity, we highly encourage entering activities promptly.

Wondering what your student is seeing in their NAFTrack Students account? You can now log in as any student you want. In that student’s record in the Student Management part of NAFTrack Educators, go to the “Shadow Account” link on the left side (see below from a test account; not real student data). You will then be able to log in as that student. Note that if the student hasn’t created a NAFTrack Students account yet, you will not see the link.
