NAFTrack Certification monitors a student’s progress toward graduation based on the “Graduating Year” field that is now required for each student. Academy leadership (Lead and/or Admin) are responsible for verifying that a student has graduated.
Step 1 - Prior to graduation, the school lead will click on Action Items.
Step 2 - Click Students Pending Graduation
Step 3 - Choose the appropriate graduation year form the drop-down.
Step 4 - Review the list of students pending graduation.
Step 5 - Check all eligible students. You can use the Check All feature if multiple students are eligible.
Step 6 - Click Approve Graduation to confirm graduation requirements for selected students.
