In an increased effort to better protect your data, NAF will now require multi-factor authentication (MFA) to reduce your risk. MFA is an identity and access management security method that requires multiple forms of identification to access data. Below is a step by step tutorial of how to set up MFA within your NAF Account.
Step 1: After signing into your NAF Login, Okta will prompt you to this screen in which you will have to configure both SMS authentication (phone number) and email
Step 2:
After selecting 'configure next factor', you will be prompted to put in your phone number and will receive a code to enter.
Step 3
After finalizing SMS and email setup, there is an option to setup Okta Verify but it is optional. If you choose not to setup Okta Verify, you can click on finish.
