NAFTrack Certification relies on the user's operating system and web browser for system operation. NAFTrack Certification is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Compatibility may vary depending on the features enabled and the software version in use. It is important to also consider other factors when administering exams through NAFTrack Certification including monitor display settings and Internet connection speed. These factors may alter the user experience; all functionality within NAFTrack Certification remains the same. Typically, the presence of the .Net Client 4.0 or higher resolves most system requirement exceptions. Certain technical requirements should be reviewed and determined as part of participation in NAFTrack Certification. System requirements are listed below followed by other technical requirements that should be considered.
Additional considerations include:
Accessing NAFTrack Certification websites from computers within the district, school, academy, or classrooms that use firewalls or Internet Security.
Ensuring student access to an assigned NAFTrack Certification-compatible computer during the administration of the end-of-course exams.
Checking workstations prior to administering the end-of-course exam.
Downloading a secure browser. A secure browser is not required but recommended for the administration of the end-of-course exam.
NAFTrack Certification requires district administrators, teachers, internship coordinators and/or students to:
Navigate an Internet browser
Maneuver within an online database
Set up and use Excel spreadsheets
Download tools (e.g., Secure Browser)
Upload files (e.g., PowerPoints, Word documents, Videos)
