The YOP Assessment is the final self-evaluation utilized to assess progress in developing an academy design plan and readiness to graduate from the YOP program. The assessment results inform the action plan in preparation for the academy's launch year. Before completing the online YOP Assessment, the Academy Design Team uses this sample Assessment to reach a consensus on all responses.
