Eligible academies will receive two vouchers that cover half of the hotel room and tax charges at the contracted rate for up to four nights between Monday, July 7, 2025 and Thursday, July 10, 2025 at the conference property, Gaylord Rockies. The number of nights eligible for vouchers must align with the type of registration, (e.g. Full Conference, 2-day, etc).

Academies that are identified as “OPEN” in the Academy Support Hub by January 2025 will receive two vouchers. Voucher Eligibility will be verified at the close of the voucher assignment deadline, Friday, May 30, 2025. If the academy’s open status has not been verified by Friday, May 30, 2025, vouchers will not be applied to hotel reservations.

Vouchers can be assigned in the Academy Support Hub (ASH) by Academy/District Directors and Leads.

Academy/District Directors, you will receive an email from NAF with instructions for assigning vouchers. Vouchers do not need to be assigned to individuals before they register and can be applied after registration has been completed.

Vouchers must be used (i.e. registration and hotel reservations must be booked) by May 30, 2025. Academies have until this date to claim and apply them to individuals in the Academy Support Hub (ASH). All reservations should be made immediately after registering. Hotel rooms are limited.
