Student Recruitment & Enrollment

How will the ADT ensure the academy implements an open choice enrollment process that maximizes students' access to career and college opportunities, ensuring that students are accepted based on their interests rather than academic or disciplinary records?

Strategic Actions:

  • 1. Develop a student recruitment plan to enroll at least 20 students per grade level, establishing the target enrollment for the Launch Year.

  • 2. Engage feeder-pattern schools and community organizations through targeted outreach, including presentations and workshops highlighting personalized learning.

  • 3. Develop a messaging platform and marketing materials that highlight the academy's features and benefits.

  • 4. Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine recruitment strategies and messaging.

  • 5. Establish a social media presence for the academy.

  • 6. Collaborate with businesses and community partners to host recruitment events and offer mentorship opportunities.
